this was take during a hike on my birthday last year…it was during this absolutely beautiful hike that i decided it was time to move on from Paradise (in my mind) and get back to doing what i love which is running, biking, hiking and taking photographs…when at that time i was approaching 185 lbs…since then it has been a lot of work exercising daily to lose 30+ lbs…i want to be able to get to remote places like this well into my senior years, so i have made health and wellness a top priority, and with that i should be able to bring you many more “images of life” daily 🙂
