A Bird’s Eye View of the Great Sand Dunes | Outside Online

While shooting in New Mexico a few years ago, Chris Burkard crossed paths with fellow photographer Chris Dahl-Bredine. While in the Southwest, the duo saw an opportunity to create a unique aerial immersion experience above the Great Sand Dunes National Park. They collaborated with Renan Ozturk, and the result—Shots from Above—shows how an experimental aircraft led to some pretty stunning experimental photos.
